Nexicon Security Solutions (formerly Orion Security Services Inc.), a wholly-owned subsidiary, offers network security and video surveillance solutions for corporate, government and military purposes. Several of Nexicon Security Solution's products are currently deployed in Government programs. Nexicon is headquartered in Albuquerque New Mexico, near Los Alamos, White Sands and Sandia National Labs.
After the divestiture of its former B2C company in 2003, which operated under the name Cyco.net, the company laid the foundation for a completely restructured business model, which is reflected in the company's name change to Nexicon, Inc. The acquisition of two leading edge technology companies, Pluto Communications International, AS and Orion Security Services, Inc., provides a strong platform from which Nexicon can play a leading role in these multibillion dollar markets. |
