ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. -- Nexicon Inc. (OTCBB: NXCNE) announced today that it has received
an "E" at the end of its stock trading symbol. This is due to the delay in filing their annual report
on Form 10-KSB for the period ended Dec. 31, 2005. Complicated derivative accounting and
disclosure requirements that required the company to retain a specialist to assist it, and the
preparation of these disclosures, have caused this delay. The company, this specialist, and the
company's auditors and legal counsel are working diligently to finalize and file the Form 10-KSB
as soon as practicable.
