Nexicon, a supplier of anti-piracy and network security solutions, announced the formation of an executive advisory board to assist in guiding the strategic direction of the company.

The board members are David Cerino, General Manager, Health Care Solutions at Microsoft; Leon Chism, Vice President of Technology at Viewpoints Network; and Richard Putz, Operating Director of City Capital Advisors & Director at the Cambridge Institute of Applied Management.

The board consists of individuals with talents relevant to Nexicon, chosen by the company's management team for their deep knowledge and expertise. The advisory board will be focused on growing Nexicon's anti-piracy solutions including: increased sales and marketing activities, optimal operational support, the anti-piracy technology platform, and overall strategic direction. Board members will serve for one year and may serve consecutive terms.
