The World Billing Award 2003 (WBA) rewards excellence in the practice of billing and helps to raise awareness of the significance of the billing process to the communications industry. These awards are widely regarded as the industry's highest level of recognition for billing excellence. Launched in 1997, 2006 will be the 7th year that these important awards will be presented. The judges have been impressed by the number and quality of the submissions. This year they were inundated with a large volume of detail and supporting information from more than 100 nominations. Many of these entries were enhanced by both customer and partner testimonials.
